About Naturally Gray's
Baking with a Purpose
Future Registered Dietitian student, Gracelyn, founded Naturally Gray’s out of her passion for food and nutrition. After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2013 and PCOS in 2025, she struggled to find desserts that were both nourishing, delicious, and high in protein. Managing these conditions, along with additional health challenges, drastically limited her diet and deepened her awareness of nutrition and food allergies. Through this journey, she discovered a passion for using wholesome food as medicine.
Now, Gracelyn is pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Pace University to become a Registered Dietitian, dedicated to helping others nourish their bodies. Determined to create treats that support a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing taste, she founded Naturally Gray’s—where every baked good is made with nutrient-dense ingredients and packed with protein, proving that healthy desserts can be just as satisfying as they are nutritious.
